Jussi Tuusa is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Dermatology, PEDEGO research unit in University of Oulu, Finland. He received his PhD in Biochemistry and MSc in Mathematics at the University of Oulu. He is experienced in molecular cell biology and protein biochemistry including the fields of DNA replication, G protein-coupled receptor biogenesis, and neurobiology. His current interest focuses on the molecular mechanisms of autoimmunity in the blistering skin disease bullous pemphigoid.
