Mahroo Falah received her Ph.D. in materials Chemistry from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, in 2015. She is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Sustainable Cementitious Binders team at the Fiber and Particle Engineering Research Unit at the University of Oulu (Finland) since 2017.
Her research experience is related to the Synthesis and characterization of inorganic Polymers (geopolymers) and oxide nano / micron-sized particles. She is also investigating various industrial wastes and side streams like mine tailings, fly ashes, and slags towards the circular economy.
