I am an Assistant Professor in Management Accounting at the Oulu Business School. I have a background working in various accounting related positions in private sector before joining academia. My dissertation focused on management control systems and how they are used by managers and perceived by employees, in the context of mergers and acquisitions. In general, I am interested in studying management control practices especially in high growth companies.
