Phuong Tran
I am a Doctoral Researcher at the Centre for Wireless Communications, University of Oulu (CWC-UOulu), Finland. I received my B.E. degree in Information Systems from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam, in 2020, and my M.E. degree in Big Data from Chung-Ang University, South Korea, in 2024. From 2020 to 2022, I worked as a Software Engineer at Viettel Digital Services, Viettel Group, Vietnam. In 2024, I was a Research Assistant at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, conducting research in deep learning for physical layer wireless communications.
My research interests include applied machine learning for wireless communications, with a focus on cell-free massive MIMO, reconfigurable intelligent surfaces, deep reinforcement learning, and deep unfolding techniques.
