Shahed Mahmud is primarily a doctoral researcher at Oulu Business School and holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Research from the University of Lapland, Finland. Currently, he is working as a Project Coordinator for an EU-funded project named Älyvoima, jointly implemented by the University of Oulu and Oulun Seudun Uusyrityskeskus. His research interests include the integration of Generative AI in responsible management, consumer behaviour, tourism, and service marketing.
