Suijing Yang
Suijing is a postdoctoral researcher in the Learning and Educational Technology (LET) Research Lab. Driven by a deep interest in learning processes, she investigates self- (SRL), co- (CoRL), and socially shared regulated learning (SSRL) processes in both individual and collaborative contexts. She is particularly interested in leveraging technologies to assess and support learning processes. In this line, her research explores how human-artificial intelligence (AI) collaboration can create new opportunities for understanding and enhancing regulation of learning.
She is currently working in the Hybrid Intelligence research program, funded by the Research Council of Finland in the Profi7 initiative, where she strives to understand human learning and interaction processes to build systems that augment and enhance human intelligence.
Alongside her academic work, she is committed to translating research insights into practice and exploring pathways for implementing educational innovations in commercially viable and socially impactful ways.
