Suvi Kuha

I work as a university teacher and doctoral researcher at the Research Unit of Health Sciences and Technology in the Health Management Science degree program.

My research interests focus on leadership, service systems, work communities, and organisations in social and healthcare. In my doctoral research, I examine implementation leadership, factors associated with it, and its effects on the well-being of healthcare professionals in various healthcare settings.
