Timo Tuovinen

Timo Tuovinen is a medical professional based in Oulu, Finland. He specializes in neuroscience, eHealth, and physician leadership research. He is a medical specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, and he is currently pursuing a specialization in neurosurgery where he serves as a chief resident. He also has years of experience teaching medicine at the University of Oulu. He has also been recognized for his contributions to both medical and social organizations, including scouting. He considers one of his most important achievements to be the father of two wonderful boys.
