Where can I get the Self-Hack workbook?

Self-Hack workbooks and overall patches will be given out on both campuses during the orientation weeks.

Workbooks can be picked up from both campuses

Workbooks and Self-Hack overall patches will be distributed on both campuses during orientation weeks. We encourage you to pick up your own workbook along with your own small group and student tutor. If you need a digital version of the workbook, you can download it below:

Self-Hack workbook 2025 in English

Kontinkangas campus pick-up point: Tutors will receive the workbooks from their tutoring contact person and distribute them to their own group members. You can also ask for a copy from the Faculty Study Services service point (Aapistie 7A, 2nd floor).

Linnanmaa campus pick-up point: Tutors collect the workbooks for their group members from the new students' welcome desk at the green coat racks between 24 August and 4 September 2026. It is also possible to pick up a workbook yourself. After the orientation weeks, please send a message to opiskeluntuki@oulu.fi
