Biography

I am currently working on my PhD research focusing on transgender people’s identity related information needs, information seeking and corporeal forms of information. My study aims to produce knowledge about information seeking activities of people who are often seen as marginalized and to find what kind of barriers they encounter in their information seeking. My research is funded by the Kone Foundation.
