A marketing scholar especially interested in enhanced company and citizen interaction in the development of public sector innovations. For the society to deliver better public services in times of growing scarcity, more research balancing between relationship marketing and public service management is called for. Similarly, interaction between researchers and students can be seen as the most fruitful approach on university education.
