Biography

After persuing International Masters Program at the faculty of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine, University of Oulu, I started my doctoral training at Dept. of Gynecology and Obstretrics, Oulu university Hospital. My Bachelor was major in Microbology from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Currently I am working with endometrium cell population with special focus on stem cells related metabolic profie alterations in gynecological disorders in women with PCOS and endometrial cancer.  My projects focus on the mechanisms/pathways responsible for the altered endometrial function  by elucidating the role of inflammation, hypoxia and metabolic related factors related to implantation in these women.
