The cinema club is free of charge and open to all. In each meeting, you will get to see a movie followed by a discussion about the thoughts and feelings the movie provoked. The movies will be shown in their original languages with subtitles in English and the discussion will be held in English.
The club will meet for the second time on Thursday, September 28 to watch Pan’s Labyrinth (Guillermo del Toro, 2006).
The Oscar-winning movie Pan’s Labyrinth tells the story of post-Civil War Spain, intertwining with a mythical world where a faun gives young Ofelia three tasks to complete.
The club is student-led and supported by Talent Boost Bottom-Up internal funding. We wish to have a diverse group of participants, including the students and staff of the University.
Welcome!
