Working life
You can find job and traineeship opportunities for University of Oulu students on JobTeaser. New job postings are published on the portal daily. On JobTeaser, you can create your own profile and activate job alerts.
Please note that even during a traineeship, you can gain work experience in your field, develop working life skills, and start building your professional network.
At our Wednesday Date events, you can meet employers and learn about exciting career opportunities. Wednesday Dates take place in the central hall of the Linnanmaa campus, in front of the Career Centre (YT101), near the green coat racks. Information about the events is shared on the students’ events section of oulu.fi. The Wednesday Date events will start again in the autumn 2026.
Other recurring annual events include, for example, Pesti Career Day organised by Teekkarilupi, which primarily aimed at meeting the needs of engineering students and employers.
