IT guidelines for students are at a new address

You find the ICT Services student guide pages on the university's web service. Navigate from www.oulu.fi this way: For students > Supporting your studies > IT services for students.

ICT Services guide pages for staff, researchers and the so-called UFO users have already earlier been centralized on the university's Patio intranet. Navigate in Patio this way: Services and instructions > IT services, or enter the topic word you are looking for in the search field.

On these sites, there are links to more detailed instructions, which are published on the IT instruction website of the university and Oamk. Its address is ict.oulu.fi. On this IT instruction website you find Campus ICT support service contact details and opening hours and can browse the instructions by the user group and search for a specific instruction using keywords.
