Next week is Equality Week!

Join us for an open lecture on gender equality by a visiting lecturer and stop by our Anti-Racism pop-up! During the pop up you can leave your mark on a community art project, that highlights the message of equality and diversity. At the same time, you can hear more about the University’s anti-harassment work, DEI plan, and its actions as well as meet people from OYY and UNIC!

If you want, you can tune into the theme of diversity and equality by attending the City of Oulu’s Oulu Loves Me event already on Saturday, March 15 at Valkea Shopping Centre, at 1 pm! The event is free of charge and open for everyone, and it features groups of our very own UniOulu international students, who present their cultures from Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Iran, and Japan.
