Welcome to Stay Active November event and learn about coping with the dark season!

How does darkness feel like? How do you cope with diminishing light and increasing coldness? How to stay active, when winter is getting closer a day by day?

Come and join our Stay Active November event and learn to find resources for you wellbeing in the middle of November. In our workshop you get to feel darkness in a concrete, experimental way and at the same time you meet new people and learn about the effects darkness has to our well-being.

Our November event is a part of Stay Active -events that take place throughout the year, but you are welcome to join us just for this one event, too.
