Aino Erkinaro is doing her PhD in the project The potential of non-native pink salmon to boost Arctic ecosystems – a threat or an opportunity?. Her research is focused on the invasive pink salmon and the ecosystem effects it causes in the European Arctic rivers, focusing especially on the effects to native biodiversity and food webs.
