Akram Hatami

My primary reseach interest is in the area of business ethics and responsibility. Since ethics and responsibility are implicit in the term sustainability, I can say in a broad sence that my research interest is in sustainability. Investigating how human being can be the centeral part of the sustainability discussion is the general goal of my research. With this purpose I am working on the postmodern philosophy that look at human being as a social product. In this stream I consider ethics as a learning process that construct human being's identity. In this regard my most current research focuses on the role of individual in corporate social responsibility and volunterring activities as a way towards responsible business.
