Cansu KURTULUS

Dr. Kurtulus obtained both a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Master of Science (MSc) degree from the esteemed Materials Science and Engineering Department at Anadolu University, which is affiliated with Eskisehir Technical University. Subsequently, she commenced her doctoral studies as a tenured researcher and transitioned her academic trajectory to the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Afyon Kocatepe University. During her graduate studies, her research focus was mainly on the alkali activation process, specifically emphasizing alkali-activated foams. In August 2022, the individual commenced employment as an Assistant Professor in the Chemical Engineering Department at Afyon Kocatepe University.

Dr. Kurtulus has been conducting research on wastewater treatment at the Fibre and Particle Engineering Unit since May 2023.
