Faculty of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering
Dr. Enock Adjei Agyekum earned his Ph.D. in clinical medicine from Jiangsu University, China, focusing on artificial intelligence applications in healthcare, and later completed postdoctoral research in computer science and communication engineering. He specialises in AI-driven medicine, integrating machine learning, radiomics, and biomedical signal analysis to develop predictive models for early disease diagnosis and clinical decision support. His current work uses artificial intelligence with a special technique called plasmonic nanopore-enhanced Raman spectroscopy to analyse large amounts of data for sequencing proteins at the single-molecule level.
