Dr. Ibrar Alam specializes in solid-state nanopore fabrication, ionic current measurment with patch-clamp amplifier, electrochemical biosensing, and machine learning-assisted biomolecular detection. He is working in the single-molecule sequencing and single-cell analysis in the NGSens project in Jianan Lab.
