Iina Latva-Teikari

I work as a university teacher at the Research Unit of Health Sciences and Technology in the Health Management Science degree program. Previously, I worked in specialized medical care as a physiotherapist, which deepened my understanding of service systems and multiprofessional collaboration. My research interests focus on sustainable management and leadership in digitalized and constantly evolving social and healthcare environments.
