What does it mean to be ethical? How to justify teaching through ethics as 'calling into question'? My doctoral research approaches the modern ideals for education through the ethical phenomenology of Emmanuel Levinas. My research interest rests in the intersection of philosophy of education, postcoloniality, worldview education and childhood studies.
