Mira Hammarén

I work as a university teacher at the Research Unit of Nursing Science and Health Management. I teach research methodology studies and health leadership and management studies. I am a coordinator in Basic Studies in Management of Health and Well-being Promotion. Studies are organized in collaboration of the University of Lapland and the University of Oulu. I am occupational therapist by my previous education. I have worked in different sectors and I have experience with various service systems. My research interests are healthcare leadership and digitalization. I have studied management practices that support the impelementation of a digital system. I am also interested in how leadership can contribute to well-being at work in social and health sectors.
