Tiina Salmijärvi

My interest is in guidance issues (career and study guidance), promoting entrepreneurship and lifelong learning. In particular, I'm interested in issues related to the identification of knowledge, skills visible to the conclusion of fixing the self-efficacy and agency, the development of entrepreneurship skills and ways of operation, but also in community work and the development of problem-solving skills as part of the learning process.
