Student well-being

Student life consists of more than just studying – balance between studying and free-time is the key to wellbeing

Student well-being is always a subjective experience of one's own well-being. It could be described as a state where studies are progressing and there's room for other important things in life as well.

What about if well-being is at risk? What to do when you are not feeling well?

Assignment:

Think about your own well-being:

1: Are you getting enough sleep? Nutrition? Exercise?

2: How would you describe your general situation at the moment? Are you progressing with your studies? Do you have time for free time and recovery?

3: Do you find something in your everyday life that needs a change? How about is there something that is going particularly well?
