Double Degree with KEDGE Business School

This double degree programme with French KEDGE Business School is offered to Oulu Business School (OBS) students who are in their first year of master’s degree studies of either Sustainable Marketing or International Business Management.

Selected OBS master’s students in Sustainable Marketing and International Business Management enroll in a 2,5-year programme consisting of two semesters and summer studies in Oulu, and two semesters in France, KEDGE Business School, Bordeaux campus, as well as end of studies professional experience. Studies will follow a specialized personal study plan and include a work placement period.

Year 1: Oulu Business School Autumn, Spring and Summer semesters

First year you will study in Oulu according to your programme choice (Sustainable Marketing or International Business Management). You will continue your studies during summer to begin your master's thesis for Oulu Business School.

Year 2: KEDGE Business School, France

Second-year studies will be conducted in Bordeaux.

• All OBS students: Autumn Management studies in KEDGE BS and finishing Master’s thesis for Oulu School (online).
• For Marketing students: Studies in Marketing or Purchasing & Supply Chain, Spring term.
• For IBM students: Studies in Global Management, Spring term.

Year 3: Work experience

Summer/Autumn semester in France or abroad. Internship or professional work experience.

Students from outside of EU/EAA are liable to pay tuition fee to University of Oulu for the first year studies. There is no tuition fee for KEDGE studies but students may have to pay small study-related fees when in Bordeaux.

Travelling and living costs both in Finland and in France are upon the student.

Erasmus+ mobility grant availability TBC.

Applying takes place annually. Application window: December-January. The selection process includes interviews.

• Autumn 2028: Graduation at Oulu Business School
• August - December 2028: Internship or Professional Work in France or abroad
• July 2029: Graduation Board at KEDGE Business School.
