Bachelor's Admissions: Deadlines

Admissions results for Bachelor's in Intercultural Teacher Education are published at the end of March.

Please note that failure to verify your educational documents on time will result in cancellation of your study place!

Applicants who receive a study offer to Bachelor's in Intercultural Teacher Education must verify their educational documents according to given instructions and send them to University of Oulu by April 30, 2024 at 15:00 / 3pm (GMT+3). Remember to verify your documents according to given instructions.

DICE and IBM

Deadline for submitting your SAT test results on the online application: April 10, 2024, 15:00/3pm (GMT+3).

If you are applying to DICE or IBM, you may upload your SAT test results as proof of language skills until this date as well. If you use another method of demonstrating your language skills, the deadline is January 24, 2024, 15:00/3pm (GMT+2).

If you are applying to Intercultural Teacher Education, the last day to demonstrate your language skills (including SAT) is January 24, 2024, 15:00/3pm (GMT+2).

Admissions results for Bachelor's in Digitalisation, Computing and Electronics, and Bachelor's in International Business Management are published at the end of May.

Last day to pay the tuition fee for citizens of non-EU/EAA countries.

The tuition fee must be paid by June 10, 2024 at Edustore. Failure to pay will result in revoking of the study right for the academic year 2024-2025.

Last day to confirm the study place.

All students accepted need to confirm their study place with the following schedule: July 11, 2024, 15:00 / 3 pm (GMT+3)

Confirm the offered place electronically through the link in your email notification. Please note that you can only accept one study place per term.

If you don’t confirm your study place by the due date, you will lose the study place.

Applicants who are admitted to Bachelor's degree and are graduating with higher secondary educational degree on spring/summer 2024 - Last day to provide the Degree certificate

Applicants, who receive a conditional offer of study placement must submit certified copies of the final certificate by this date. Failure to do so will result in study place cancellation.

Academic year begins with the Orientation for new students starting early September onwards. Dates to be confirmed later.

All students are required to present their original certificates and transcript of records before starting their studies.
