International Advisory Board supports OBS' strategic development

Oulu Business School hosted members of its International Advisory Board in Oulu. The meeting focused on the school’s strategy and internationalisation.

OBS' International Advisory Board (IAB) supports the development of its strategy and operations. During the two-day visit, the board met with the leadership of the business school and the university, and discussed themes related to strategy, organisational development and internationalisation.

The board members hold senior leadership positions at well-regarded European business schools in Oslo, Norway, as well as in Bordeaux and Lyon, France. The group includes the Dean of KEDGE Business School, Isabelle Fagnot, the Associate Dean of emlyon business school, Rickie Moore, and the President of BI Norwegian Business School, Karen Spens.

Visit provided insights for future development

The experienced advisory board members offered valuable perspectives on the current state of the business school and provided input for further development. The board also met with the Rector of the University of Oulu, Arto Maaninen, to discuss the university’s activities and the role of OBS within the university.
