Martti Ahtisaari Institute’s publications in 2025

The Martti Ahtisaari Institute continued its strong academic publishing activity in 2025. During the year, the Institute’s researchers published a total of 39 new publications, including peer-reviewed journal articles, conference publications, doctoral dissertations, as well as professional and popularised outputs.

The publications are distributed as follows:

In 2025, the Institute’s research focused on digital and sustainable business models as well as innovation and ecosystem development in rapidly evolving technological and operational environments. The research addressed technological, regulatory and business-related issues related to 5G and 6G networks. In addition, it examined the role of data and digital platforms in value creation, as well as sustainability and the green transition across different industries. The Institute was also actively involved in international research on healthcare digitalisation and global health and wellbeing.

The volume of publications and the thematic diversity of the research reflect the Institute’s commitment to high-quality research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the practical application of research knowledge.
