Oulu Business School faculty awarded for innovative teaching initiatives

Dean Janne Järvinen and Dean for Education Marika Iivari awarded Postdoctoral Researcher Raushan Aman, Academy Research Fellow Anniina Rantakari, and University Lecturer Sanna Huikari for their outstanding contributions to teaching and supervision at Oulu Business School.

Each awardee has played an important role in developing the quality of teaching by clarifying assessment practices, strengthening course design, and enhancing the overall student learning experience. The awardees are also known for their strong student-centred approach and for actively contributing to a collaborative and supportive teaching culture within OBS.

Raushan Aman was awarded for her work in entrepreneurship education, Anniina Rantakari for international business management education, and Sanna Huikari for economics education.
