Project description

The aim of the project is to develop a competence procedure model for health care staff, directors and educators in the health care area of Oulu University Hospital. The model will be based on collaboration between local higher education and working life organizations. Implementation of this competence procedure will ensure that there will be skilled workers throughout the clinical pathways. The piloting phase will be carried out in the area of stroke clinical pathway because it requires special expertise.

Project results

The aim is to extend and integrate the tested procedure into other competence center areas and include technological solutions in this process. Competence in the sector will become visible and available for common use.
