I have 20 years of experience in using Geographic Information System (GIS) in a wide range of applications, including environmental epidemiology, forestry, geography of health and well-being, landscape analysis and transport geography. Drawing on my previous experience in software industry, I am particularly interested in using programming to implement GIS tools. In addition to research, I have extensive experience in teaching, and I am currently responsible for all courses included in the Geoinformatics study module.
