Digitization, maturity models
I work as a project researcher at the Kerttu Saalasti Institute Microentrepreneurship Center of Excellence MicroENTRE at the University of Oulu, where I have worked since 2018. I have a master’s degree in Technology (Industrial Engineering and Management) from the University of Oulu.
At MicroENTRE, my research interests focus on developing the growth and digital capabilities of microenterprises and SMEs, product and service innovations, and maturity models. I have experience in conducting systematic literature reviews and diverse skills in digital manufacturing methods. I am also involved in the design of tools for developing growth management and digital readiness for several small businesses.
Through my work, I aim to create a better scientific basis for entrepreneurs on key topics and develop processes and practices that enable entrepreneurs to commercialize new innovations and develop their businesses to become more competitive.
