I am a geographer with a particular interest in using Geographic Information Systems (GIS)-based methods and statistical analysis to study social and environmental processes and phenomena. My current research focuses on the study of the relationship between humans and nature.
In my PhD thesis, I introduced accessibility analysis to ecosystem service research by investigating people's ability to use different ecosystem services and estimating the negative impacts that ecosystems can have on people.
