You can book an appointment with a study psychologists if:
- You are enrolled as a student at the University of Oulu or UniOGS or if you are an exchange student (the services are not available to Open University students).
- If the tutor teaching and Faculty Study Services have not been helpful enough.
You can contact a study psychologist if you need help with:
- Stalled studies or thesis work
- Study skills
- Time and life management
- Procrastination
- Perfectionism
- Stage fright
- Motivation issues
- Coping with study related stress
- Returning to studies after a long break
- Learning and concentration disabilities (non-diagnostic)

Note! If you need a recommendation for individual study arrangements, you can apply for it without an appointment or book a meeting with the accessibility coordinator.
