Bachelor's Admissions: Deadlines

Please submit the requested documents on your online application.

Admissions results for Bachelor's programmes are published in May 2026.

Last day to confirm your study place.

All students accepted need to confirm their study place with the following schedule: July 9, 2026, 15:00 / 3 pm (GMT+3)

Confirm the offered place electronically through the link in your email notification. Please note that you can only accept one study place per term.

If you don’t confirm your study place by the due date, you will lose the study place.

Applicants who are admitted to Bachelor's programme, are graduating with upper secondary educational degree during spring/summer 2026 and receive a conditional offer of study placement - Last day to provide the final verified certificate/diploma and transcript of records. Further, if you have proved your English language skills with a language test, also it must be verifiable in the electronic service of the test organiser by this deadline.

Failure to do so will result in study place cancellation.

Applicants who receive a conditional study offer must verify their final educational documents (degree certificate/diploma and transcript of records) according to given instructions and send them to University of Oulu by July 9, 2026 15:00/3 pm (GMT+3). If you have proved your English language skills with a language test result also the result must be verifiable in the electronic service of the test organiser by this deadline. Please wait patiently while we process your documents and then inform you once they have been checked and the possible conditionality of your study offer has been removed.

Last day to pay the tuition fee for citizens of non-EU/EAA countries.

The tuition fee must be paid by July 9, 2026. Failure to pay will result in revoking of the study right for the academic year 2026-2027.

Academic year begins with the Orientation for new students starting early September onwards. Dates to be confirmed later.

All students are required to present their original certificates and transcript of records before starting their studies.
