Project description
This initiative is a pioneering effort in Northern Ostrobothnia, focusing on the intersection of gender, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. It aims to promote inclusive entrepreneurship by empowering women from immigrant backgrounds, including both established business owners and those aspiring to start new ventures. By leveraging generative artificial intelligence (GAI) as a core tool, the project strengthens digital and business competencies while fostering innovation and economic resilience.
The project's 36-month implementation follows a structured framework of five work packages designed to promote inclusive entrepreneurship. It integrates technological innovation with support to overcome barriers and build a strong foundation for growth and confidence.
Through the collaborative development of training materials and pilot implementation involving mentoring and peer support, the project establishes a robust learning ecosystem. This results in accessible resources and a scalable MOOC, ensuring lasting impact. By strengthening professional networks, the initiative drives regional and national economic and social development.
