I holds a PhD in Physics and several other advanced degrees in Electrical and Information Engineering, as well as Process Engineering.I has worked in various research and development roles at universities, including the University of Oulu, Japanese universities and Mid Sweden University, with significant experience in project management, especially in EU-funded projects.
