My childhood was fascinated about "Sun and solar system" rather befitted astronomer, I dawn on "sunshine vitamin" to emerge as physiologist. I have been currently working with "Vitamin D and Metabolic health" project teasing out the molecular cues and signals of sunshine hormone on metabolic tissue pathways. My research encompassed with the #cell culture #stem cells, adipogenesis #mice and rats, experimentation #RNA, DNA & PCR #Protein, Western Blots & EMSA #Immunofluorecence & immunohistochemistry #ELISA, biochemical & enzyme assays and several other techniques.
