Problems can arise in the network printing

The problem applies only to the network printing, the mobile printing operates normally. If you do not succeed in printing from the university's workstation to the print queues, use the mobile printing instead.

The mobile printing operates so that you send the file to be printed as an attachment from the university O365 e-mail to the address

  • It will be printed coloured if you do not give other decrees from the console of the multi-function device.
  • The supported file formats are doc, docx, jpeg, jpg, xls, xlsx, pdf, ppt, pptx, rtf and txt.

The problem arose in September and it is a consequence of the wide program update thus being worldwide. A correction is expected to it in the near future.
