Arto Reiman

Adjunct prof., Dr. Reiman works as a research team leader in the Industrial Engineering and Management Research Unit. His team focuses on well-being at work and productivity. Reiman has been granted the title of Docent from the University of Tampere in the field of human-centric work system design and management. Reiman has a doctoral degree from Industrial Engineering and Management and master degree in process and environmental engineering. His research interests relate to corporate social responsibility and resilient organisations. From that perspective, he is particularly interested in human health and safety and human factors at work contexts. Reiman participates actively in national and international forums on ergonomics and human factors. Currently, he acts as the president of the Finnish Ergonomics Society.
