The University of Oulu offers over 22 Master’s degree programmes (2 years) and four Bachelor´s and Master´s degree programmes (3 + 2 years) taught in English. Applying to these takes place annually in the first joint application to higher education in Finland.
In addition, we offer a joint European Master's programme which has specific admissions.
